A Home Inspectors Guide to Kitchens

After writing my book ‘Home Inspection Lessons’ in 2012, I felt that book, like so many other Home Inspection books, was written from each of the various pillars that made up home inspection like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Late in the process of writing that book, I believed there was an opportunity to present home inspection information in the format that an actual inspector would inspect a home, room by room.
This book was written as part of an attempt to both document my own processes by room on home inspecting as well as to give assistance to newer home inspectors who could use a little help on applying their home inspection knowledge to a particular room.
