We all experience different forms of suffering in our lives. We all go through loss.

You are not alone. No matter what you are going through, you are not the first to have gone through it. Others have been there, done that, survived, and come out stronger for it.

This book details the steps that I took to transform my life. They brought me from sorrow to joy, from hopelessness to eternal hope, from overwhelm to empowerment.
