I enjoyed the read, however, I was hoping for more in depth knowledge. This book is more of a general overview and great for someone who is just getting his feet wet with Markdown. Someone like myself, who has worked with Markdown for a while and who is also familiar with MultiMarkdown's ability to create LaTeX documents for complex layouts, is likely not learning anything new. Long story short. If you want to dive into the world of Markdown get this book. It's a no brainier. If you are already comfortable with Markdown, then this book might be too simple for you.
