    Guter Überblick über die generellen Sport / Ernährungsmythen unserer Gesellschaft. Der Autor hat eine verständliche Art komplizierte Sachverhalte sehr einfach darzustellen. Allerdings ist das Buch eigentlich nichts anderes als eine Werbung für seine anderen Bücher.
